WHAT FEES DO YOU CHARGE?
The fees for the products or services will vary according to your project requirements, which are pretty standard in the marketplace and fully transparent. Before the start of our co-operation, you will receive a detailed quotation and agreement for sign-off.
WHAT TAXES OR VAT DO YOU CHARGE?
You only pay the taxes that are required by law in the country or territory our products and services are provided to you or where your event takes place, which you may be able to claim back dependent on the tax treaty of your residence country.
WHERE DOES PAYMENT HAVE TO BE SENT?
We ask for payment made to our account in the Caribbean, North America or the United Kingdom/Europe, dependent on the currency the invoice has been issued and on our media partners participating in your project.

WHEN IS PayMENT DUE?
Dependent on the type and scope of project, we may ask you for a down payment and/or period payments during the course of the campaign, but normally payment is due at the end of the project, within 30 days of invoice issuing date.

CMP agrees that all confidential information received from its clients shall be treated as private, and safeguarded with all reasonable means. CMP will not make public or intentionally disclose its clients’ confidential information to any third party without first receiving authorization. In the unfortunate event that confidential information is lost or stolen, CMP agrees to promptly notify affected clients, but to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we rely upon to conduct business.
Note: on request CMP signs a Non-Disclosure-Agreement that is countersigned by the client before project start.

In the Caribbean research data and survey information is not easily accessible. Our Caribbean Media Partners can provide basic information on the markets and in some cases lifestyle information for most of the markets. If you require more in-depth market or consumer information, we have a reliable and accredited market research conducted on your behalf, whereby you naturally have the option to have the research customized to meet your specific needs. You can also specify the research techniques to be used, such as focus groups, close ended survey questions, brand personification exercises or simply have a question(s) included on a national omnibus survey*.
